TELCO DEALERS TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or using any Telco Dealers software, platform, product, service, subscription, license, add-on, or related service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NON-REFUNDABLE

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO TELCO DEALERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

This includes, but is not limited to, subscription fees, software license fees, activation fees, setup fees, add-ons, upgrades, usage charges, and any other products or services purchased through Telco Dealers.

Telco Dealers does not provide refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or reimbursements for:

• Unused or partially used subscription periods

• Failure to use the software or services

• Accidental purchases

• Failure to cancel before a renewal date

• Changes in business circumstances

• Cancellation during an active billing period

• Features or services that a customer chooses not to use

• Account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of these Terms

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, once a payment has been processed, the transaction is final and cannot be refunded.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Telco Dealers subscriptions are recurring subscriptions unless specifically identified otherwise at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Telco Dealers and its designated payment processor to automatically charge your payment method for each applicable billing period until your subscription is properly canceled.

Subscription charges may be processed automatically on your scheduled renewal date without additional authorization.

It is the customer's responsibility to cancel the subscription before the next scheduled billing date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH THE TELCO DEALERS CUSTOMER PORTAL.

Requests submitted by email, telephone, text message, social media, chat, or verbally to a Telco Dealers representative will not be considered a valid cancellation request.

Customers are responsible for logging into the Telco Dealers portal and submitting the required cancellation request.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the customer's next scheduled billing date to prevent the next recurring charge.

Once properly submitted, cancellation will stop future subscription renewals in accordance with the applicable billing cycle.

Cancellation does not entitle the customer to a refund for any payment already processed.

There are no prorated refunds or credits for unused portions of an existing subscription period.

FAILURE TO CANCEL

Failure to submit a cancellation request through the Telco Dealers portal before the next billing date may result in the subscription automatically renewing.

If a subscription renews because a cancellation request was not properly submitted before the renewal date, the resulting charge remains final and non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their subscription, billing date, and account status.

SOFTWARE LICENSE

Telco Dealers grants active subscribers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Telco Dealers software and related services for legitimate business purposes.

The software is licensed, not sold.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, sublicense, resell, distribute, modify, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Telco Dealers software, systems, technology, or proprietary materials.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Telco Dealers may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers, carriers, APIs, telecommunications providers, payment processors, artificial intelligence providers, messaging services, email providers, and other technology platforms.

Telco Dealers does not control these third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability, functionality, pricing, policies, or performance.

Changes, interruptions, limitations, or discontinuation of a third-party service do not automatically qualify a customer for a refund or credit.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

While Telco Dealers makes commercially reasonable efforts to provide reliable service, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Temporary outages, maintenance, software updates, third-party outages, carrier outages, internet interruptions, API failures, or other technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

Such interruptions do not automatically qualify a customer for a refund, credit, or extension of service.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account and payment information and protecting their login credentials.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring their use of Telco Dealers complies with applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, telecommunications regulations, marketing requirements, and privacy requirements.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Telco Dealers provides software and business technology tools. Telco Dealers does not guarantee any particular business outcome.

Use of the platform does not guarantee sales, leads, customers, commissions, revenue, profits, carrier approvals, order approvals, or other business results.

PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Customers should contact Telco Dealers regarding billing questions or concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Telco Dealers reserves the right to provide applicable transaction records, subscription records, account activity, acceptance of these Terms, cancellation records, invoices, login records, and other relevant documentation to payment processors and financial institutions when responding to a payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel a Telco Dealers subscription. Customers must still submit cancellation through the Telco Dealers portal.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

Telco Dealers reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, fraud, abuse, misuse of the platform, violation of applicable laws, security concerns, or violation of these Terms.

Suspension or termination for a violation of these Terms does not entitle the customer to a refund.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Telco Dealers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, lost commissions, lost customers, loss of data, or lost business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use Telco Dealers services.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Telco Dealers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Continued use of Telco Dealers after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, submitting payment, or continuing to use Telco Dealers, you acknowledge and agree that:

CANCELLATION DOES NOT RESULT IN A REFUND OR CREDIT FOR PAYMENTS ALREADY PROCESSED.
